In my opinion every machine in Japan sounds distinctly different, almost cat like. I can smell the woman's BO next to me. The seats are green and blue velor, it looks clean and yet so dirty. The adverts above the window depict a blond woman riding a horse all of the writing in Japanese. Indecipherable scribble to me, as are most things.

When I arrived there  was an old yamaha electric organ in my apartment. Im guessing the guy who lived here before me was quite thrifty. So today the garbage men have come to pick up said organ and It will not fit out of my front door. Riley is an old Shetland sheep dog, he is deaf and growing increasingly blind due to cataracts. He lays with his eyes open and unblinking in the foyer of our once bustling home.  Riley was lively and constantly barking at people walking past the house.  In the four years that my sisters and I have been away from home he has lost  all the spark he once had.
